Let's not just go throwing that word around, buddy, alright?" Brody had never been...altogether alright with some of the language used around him about mutants in his hometown, but he'd become especially sensitive about the whole topic after discovering what it was he could do. He'd been luckier than he had any right to, that the question hadn't come up in his case before his lawyer had worked out whatever deal was made to get him here, but that didn't mean that Brody was still extremely nervous about the whole thing.
